MR. Gu Qifeng has been the general manager of Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. since December, 2003, on duty of the company¡¯s projects construction management and daily operation management.
¡¡¡¡Mr. Gu Qifeng joined the Tianjin Municipal Engineering Bureau in 1988. From then on, Mr. Gu had been appointed the Chief Engineer Assistant, Chief-engineer of Tianjin Municipal Engineering Third Company. During his duty, he participated and took charge of Dalian Westen Pulandian cloverleaf junction project, Tianjin TV Tower supporting project, Tianjin Northen Railway Station cloverleaf junction project, Jinan to Qindao Highway project, Shanghai to Ningbo Highway project, Beijing Tianjin Tangshan Highway project etc over ten projects. Several projects won rewards form the Ministry of Communications or City level.
¡¡¡¡At 1998, Mr. Gu Qifeng participated in the foundation of Tianjin Municipal Investment Co.,Ltd. From 1998 to December, 2000, Mr. Gu worked as the deputy chief engineer and chief engineer of TMICL. He was in charge of the preliminary work of the Haihe bridge contstruction which located in southeastern half ring road.
¡¡¡¡In 2000, Mr. Gu Qifeng participated in the reconstruction of Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was renamed Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. after reconstruction. Mr. Gu Qifeng had been appointed Chief Engineer, Vice General Manager, successively. MR. Gu Qifeng has been appointed the general manager since December, 2003, on duty of the company¡¯s projects construction management and daily operation management.

¡¡¡¡Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (TJCEP) incorporated at the end of 2000. TJCEP is a listed Company in HK and Shanghai stock market, its main business is sewage treatment and road toll collection. Most of company¡¯s revenue and profit come from the sewage treatment business. Now its capacity of sewage treatment is 1.49 million tons/day in Tianjin and 1.12 million tons/day in other cities, the recycling water capacity is 50,000 tons/day in Tianjin.
¡¡¡¡The total asset of TJCEP increased from 1.88 billion in 2001 to 5.35 billion in the end of Sep. 2006, net asset increased from 1.56 billion to 2.38 billion during the same time .
¡¡¡¡From 2002, TJCEP develops her business around whole China. In Oct 2003, we have established the GuiZhou Changye Water Co Ltd. for wastewater treatment market development in GuiZhou province. In Dec 2003, we have acquired Guiyang Xiaohe STP. We are now negotiating with the local government for the construction & operation of Xiaohe STP Phase 2 and for the development of STP operation service in the vicinity of Guiyang City.
¡¡¡¡In May 2004, we have signed a cooperation agreement with the Construction Bureau of Chibi City. In April 2005, we have been awarded the BOT contract for Chibi STP.
¡¡¡¡In April 2005, we have signed a cooperation agreement with the Construction Bureau of Honghu City for the operation of water & wastewater treatment facilities. This indicates our growth in the mid stream area of Yangtze River.
¡¡¡¡In 2005, we won the country¡¯s first waste water treatment TOT (Transfer, operate and transfer) project of international standard, namely Hangzhou Qige Sewage Treatment Plant.
¡¡¡¡In 2006, we won the first place of all candidates in the first World Bank DBO project (Design-Build-Operate) in China, namely Hangu Sewage Treatment Plant in Tianjin Binhai New Area.
¡¡¡¡We have expanded into Guizhou, Yunnan, Hubei, Zhejiang, Jiangshu, Anhui provinces.In these provinces, our wastewater treatment capacity is about 1.02 million tons/day, drinking water production capacity is about 0.35 million tons/days.
