1 Introduction

Today, with the improvement of the people standard of the living, it is universal to adopt the hot-water supply system in a building. There are three ways of the system:port hot -water supply system, concentrate hot-water supply system,region hot-water supply system. In the south-west zone,it is common for the hotel, hospital, building bathhouse to adopt concentrate hot-water supply system, because their hot-water dosage volume is great, the use of the hot-water is concentrative and there are many hot-water supply spotsis them. on the base of the circulation pipe, there are three ways of the concentrate hot-water supply system: complete circulation system,half circulation system and non-circulation system. In our practice of the design, it is common to adopt the non-circulation system,Because it has several advantages:
1) investment saving, cost lowness. In a non-circulation system,there are not circulation pipe, water pump etc. so it reduces the first-investment and running-investment.
2) the pipe system is simple and it is comfortable to repair. the non-circulation system hold the advantages of the concentrate hot-water supply system and the system is simple ,so the fault can be resolved soon.
3) the boiler holds low-pressure and works stable. In the non-circulation system, the boiler is common set on the roof. So we can use ordinary pressure boiler, which will save investment and simple the system.
But the research of the system is not often seen at present . In the practical design of the system, because the system is simple, some design personnel are torpid to it. After the engineering construction, the hot-water supply system can not reach the user demand. A engineering are showed as follows.

2 The analyse of the system fault

The engineering located in the Shuangliu, Chengdu. It is a 3- floor hotel ,the shuangliu, Chengdu. It is a 3-floor hotel, the standard rooms and the adult suits adopt the non-circulation concentrate system. After the research, the old design adopt opening hot-water supply system. The heat fountain is ordinary pressure hot-water boiler, refer to the《architecture water supply and drainage design handbook》, the sanitary ware adopt mix cock tap to adjust the water temperature. Fig.1 shows the system.
In the use of the system, people found the hot-water came out too slowly and the mix cock taps qre not work well. The user do not enjoy the hot-water service.
After analyzing the hot-water supply system, The hot water effuse from ordinary pressure hot-water water tank and the pressure is low, but the cold water supply from the civicism Pipeline and the pressure is high. Thus, it is difficult for sanitary ware(such as tub, lavatory)to adjust the water temperature. It can not certainly meet the user demand.

3 The compaare of the resolve projects

Aim at the fault, several resolve projects are put forward before the technique economy contrast. 1) heat fountain is changed to hold-pressure boiler or ordinaory-pressure separate hot-water boiler.2)a pipe-pump is set up in the exceed pipe of the hot water tank to add the hot water pressure.3) decompression valve is set up in the cold water pipe to depress the cold water pressure.4)a cold water tank is add to set up on the roof. Compare these projects, project one changed lest to he system, but it cost high and is not economical. Project two and project three are notsuit for the fluctuate of the water pressure, they are in difficult to adjusting the pressure balance of the cold-hot water pipe. Therefore, project four that is two water tank system is used, Fig.2 shows the project. The main advantage of the system is investment saving and change the water system less, and because the two water tank are in the same altitude, the cold-hot water pressure are the same and adjust expediently. The heat system work well after the alteration and reach the user demand.

of course, using this system will make the users of the cockloft feel water pressure not enough. The resolve way is to add the altitude of the boiler and the double-water tank or fix the same model pipe-pump on the outflow pipe of the double-water tank. In addition, because of the non-circulation system, when users use sanitary ware, water temperature will be not hot enough at first, hot water supply will be normal later. Therefore, it is fit for the smallish pipeline system, continuum system or the timing concentrate system.

4 Conclusion

In a word, it is a good and simple way for a multiplayer architecture to adopt two-double water tank system. It adjusts and balances expediently to the water pressure, and it supply water equably and safely.
