科威特正式签约1700万美元SDDMBBR专利耦合技术装备及工艺专项承包！

USD 17 Million Contract Signed for Lingzhi SDD-MBBR Patented Coupling Technology Equipment and Process Package in Kuwait

    2 月 2 日，深耕环保领域 30 年的凌志装备 / 环保传来海外拓展捷报，与科威特相关方正式签署 1700 万美元一体化水处理装备及工艺包供货合同。此次合作聚焦 3 个污水处理站一体化设备工艺包的定制设计、研发生产、供货安装等核心环节，约定 6 个月内完成全量交货，以响应科威特方对项目落地的迫切需求，也彰显其对凌志装备模块化生产与标准化交付能力的高度认可。

On February 2, Lingzhi Equipment / Environmental Protection, with 30 years of deep engagement in the environmental protection sector, announced significant progress in overseas expansion by officially signing a USD 17 million supply contract for integrated water treatment equipment and process packages with relevant parties in Kuwait.This cooperation focuses on the customized design, R&D, manufacturing, supply, and installation of integrated equipment process packages for three wastewater treatment plants, with full delivery scheduled within six months, meeting Kuwait’s urgent project implementation needs and demonstrating strong recognition of Lingzhi Equipment’s modular production and standardized delivery capabilities.

多元复合体系适配中东特殊环境

该项目采用 MBBR 耦合 MBR、氧化沟与 SDD 新质低碳技术的多元复合处理体系：MBBR 技术强化微生物富集与污染物降解，MBR 技术保障出水水质精准达标，氧化沟工艺适配规模化处置需求，SDD 技术实现能耗与碳排双降，四者协同构建高效低碳的污水处理闭环。同时，设备本体采用新型材料制作，高防腐、长寿命的特性可完美适配科威特高盐、高温、高腐蚀的自然环境与水质特征，确保长期稳定运行。

The project adopts a diversified composite treatment system integrating MBBR coupled with MBR, oxidation ditch processes, and SDD innovative low-carbon technologies. MBBR enhances microbial enrichment and pollutant degradation; MBR ensures precise compliance with effluent quality standards; the oxidation ditch process supports large-scale treatment demands; and SDD technology achieves dual reductions in energy consumption and carbon emissions. Together, these technologies form an efficient, low-carbon wastewater treatment closed loop.Meanwhile, the equipment is manufactured using new materials with high corrosion resistance and long service life, making it well suited to Kuwait’s high-salinity, high-temperature, and highly corrosive environment and water conditions, ensuring long-term stable operation.

延续中巴合作标杆，再拓中东新局

此次签约是凌志装备海外水务市场布局的重要举措。此前，企业已签订卡拉奇百亿水务框架协议及 2 号泵站 20 万立方米 / 天污水及中水回用合作协议，成为中巴环保水务合作标杆。凌志装备早在 2010 年便布局巴基斯坦市场，2017 年获得当地专利授权，凭借长期互信拿下核心代理资格，为此次中东市场拓展奠定坚实基础。

This signing marks an important step in Lingzhi Equipment’s overseas water sector strategy. Previously, the company signed a large-scale water infrastructure framework agreement in Karachi, along with a cooperation agreement for a 200,000 m³/day wastewater and reclaimed water reuse project at Pumping Station No. 2, setting a benchmark for China–Pakistan environmental and water cooperation.Lingzhi Equipment entered the Pakistani market as early as 2010 and obtained local patent authorization in 2017, securing core agency rights through long-term mutual trust.

依托顶尖平台，筑牢技术根基

作为 2025—2027 年知识产权强国建设示范创建对象，凌志装备依托宜兴环保产业基础，以院士工作站、博士后工作站等为人才载体，研发的低氧高效生物倍增技术等成果推动行业多项突破，为海外业务拓展提供核心技术支撑。

As a demonstration entity for China’s Intellectual Property Powerhouse initiative (2025–2027), Lingzhi Equipment leverages Yixing’s environmental industry base and talent platforms such as academician and postdoctoral workstations, with innovations including low-oxygen, high-efficiency biological multiplication technology driving multiple industry breakthroughs.

多点开花，实现 “体系出海” 升级

“2026 年元旦以来，我们的国际环保业务拓展好事连连。” 凌志装备 / 环保创始人、英国皇家工艺学会院士、俄罗斯工程院外籍院士、中国当代发明家、中国发明协会会士凌建军向记者透露，企业海外业务多点开花，在北京举办两次国际环保业务对接会，借助高端平台深化与沙特、柬埔寨等多国合作。目前已在沙特注册公司，即将建设工厂与办公基地，并在卡塔尔、巴林等海湾国家搭建中东市场核心骨架，实现从 “产品出海” 到 “体系出海” 的升级。
