Mr. Peter Jiang is the founder and President of Golden State Holding Group Corporation£¨Golden State£©, a US based group Company, dedicated to the enhancement and growth of China¡¯s Municipal Infrastructure and Environment sector.
Peter Jiang was born in Chengdu and has lived in USA since 1982. Peter Jiang has a B.Sc degree and is a Guest Professor of Jiangsu University.
As early as 1988, Peter Jiang successfully implemented China¡¯s first imported water treatment plant in Nantong, under the auspices of an Austrian government loan, together with an Austrian engineering company, thus turning him into a pioneer in China¡¯s environment industry. This triggered off Peter¡¯s career as an entrepreneur dedicated to be the municipal infrastructure and environment industry in China.
In 1992, Peter founded Pacific Water Treatment Engineering Co., Ltd. in Nantong for system automation and integration of water treatment plants. This company is now in the forefront of automation and system integration engineering for water, wastewater and solid waste fields, with proprietary technologies, in-house R&D capability, as well as locally developed technology and project execution experience.
In 1994, Peter, together with five young people, founded Beijing Golden Sources Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. in Beijing, which is committed solely to the wastewater treatment industry. This company is now known as Beijing BCEG Golden Sources Environment Protection Development Co., Ltd. Having acquired a wide range of qualifications in engineering, general contracting of municipal infrastructure projects, as well as O&M license for environment facilities, this company has successfully implemented more than 400 wastewater projects in China for municipal as well as various industrial clients. Among these projects is the Beijing Development Area Wastewater Treatment Plant, which became the first operational BOT wastewater plant in China that is wholly invested by a foreign source.
In 1995, Peter founded Beijing Golden State Engineering Co., Ltd. Diverging from its sister organizations, this company undertakes larger municipal projects, such as Beijing Olympics National Stadium and the Olympic Water Park, along with large and medium sized projects in water, wastewater and solid waste fields. It is also responsible for the engineering and construction of Beijing Gao-an-tun Waste-to-Energy Plant, the largest W-T-E plant in Beijing.
Since 2001, Peter has established centers that focus on design and engineering, technology application with a local flavour for water, wastewater and solid waste treatment and shining examples are our Shanghai GS Environmental Engineering Technology Co. Ltd and Shanghai Golden State SFC Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd.
With his unrelenting desire and absolute commitment to municipal infrastructure and environment protection and enhancement in China, Peter has grown Golden State into a cohesive and well-run group company, capable of providing a comprehensive range of services from project development, investment and financial engineering, design and engineering, equipment and technology procurement, EPC contracting, project management, to O&M of facilities.
